Reservation Policy:

• Passports are required for Mexico. Please verify passport expiration dates do not occur while on vacation.
• Your payment is required to book and confirm vacation dates.
• All qualified reservations are charged a fixed 5% tax to the rental charge. No other taxes apply.
• Our reservation service accepts certified check and PayPal. All reservation payments must clear prior to arrival.
• A refundable $300.00 USD security deposit is required with final payment. Security deposits are held safely, and full refund will be returned in 7 days upon inspection of the condo manager. Charges may be incurred for any damages and missing items. During your stay, please report all incidents to the condo manager and/or concierge services if manager is not available.
• Positive identification is required upon your arrival, such as a passport and/or a major credit card.
• All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations
• Seven night minimum stay perferred. Flexible changeover days.

Check-in Policy:

• Check-in 3:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM.
• Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half-a-days rate, if time and vacancy is available. Luggage can be held securely by the Reception desk.

• No Pets allowed.

• No smoking inside the property.

• Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Each room has a separate built-in remote control air conditioner unit, which cools the room very quickly.

Cancellation Policy:

• Any changes made within 30 Days of arrival are subject to this cancellation policy.
• If funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation.
• There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind during your stay.
• If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your expected arrival date, or if you cancel within 60 days and we are able to re-book the unit for the entire time of your original reservation, 80% of the total reservation down payment will be refunded. The total amount of payments received will be forfeited if you cancel within 60 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the unit. Major Holiday bookings are non-refundable.
• We recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance such as Travel Guard in the U.S. and elsewhere. Many Canadians may elect to use RBC Travel Insurance. Explore your options if you plan to purchase travel insurance in your country.
• Rentals require a signed agreement to confirm the reservation, which includes this notification in writing that your rental week is Non Refundable, unless otherwise specified by the terms of the agreement.

Occupancy:

• Maximum occupancy 6 Guests, includes all children no matter what age.

Additional Services:

• A limited number of rental cribs, cots, strollers are available and can be rented on a first come first serve basis. You may ask to reserve these items in advance or upon your arrival. Please inquire for these additional services.
• Rental includes towel and linen supply for up to 6 guests.
• A washer and dryer is provided with this condo.
• No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays.
• Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $25 per day includes cleaning, change of linens and towels.

• In Case of Natural Disaster such as Hurricanes or Act of God, out of our control, we will try to find comparable accommodation for you or will give a full credit for Future Reservation if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the circumstances.
• The units in Paseo Del Sol have insurance in case of emergency, but we recommend travel insurance to avoid any acts of the almighty.

• Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip.
• When using the condo, lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises.
• The owner of the unit or its agent is not responsible for any personal items belonging to guests.
• The owner of the unit or its agent is not responsible for any accidents that happen in the pool or the property.
• All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
